I’m not one of the “big boys of stock”, nor do I intend to be. To me, stock photography is a valuable addition to my income, and a means of spreading risks.
I am a full time photographer, in – what I like to think is – an innovative way. I do a bit of everything, including marketing and new business development. I do a lot of commissioned work, create a bit of art in the side line, and venture out into the world of photography which is considered by some of those “big boys” as the way to the future. With one difference. I’m probably closer to getting there.
36clicks was established in 2004. Within everything I do, 36clicks is the handle, to be associated with stock photography, a brand on its own.
This site is my outlet to express my thoughts and showcase my work in stock, aimed at prospected buyers and peer photographers. 36clicks on stock is intended to share my thoughts. You might find them interesting, you might decide to proceed in a different direction. I don’t claim to know it all, I just write how I go about business as buyer, broker and creator of images.
